Boultham Park fish refuge project saw the design, build an installation of 14 fish refuges along a 100 metre stretch of The River Witham.
The structures are made from natural materials which will provide plenty of shelter for fish and other invertebrates. Over time they will silt up and form wet margins just below the waterline that will transition into additional natural habitats.
